A2. Yes I do! The cost is 0.00 to everywhere and anywhere.
Q3. Can I return my order if I have changed my mind?
A3. Unfortunately not. Refunds can only be given if items arrive damaged or faulty, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information.
Q4. Can you guarantee that the design or items chosen are unique and individual?
A4. All items are only made the once, materials are purchased in small quantities to retain the individuality of each piece, similar materials and designs may be reproduced but no two items will be an exact match.
Q5. What materials are used to make your jewellery?
A5. All metals used in my products are bronze, gold, silver and black plated, (plated metals may over time change appearance, fade or tarnish) sterling silver, Tibetan, hill tribe silver and aluminium. Beads and charms used are Tibetan silver, plastic, metal coated, glass, wood, acrylic and polymer clay. Swarovski crystals, pearls, gem stones and fresh water pearls.
Q6. I want a Bespoke Service, do I need to pay a deposit?
A6. I would delighted to design and create just for you, yes a small deposit of 20% is required, a minimum of 6 weeks notice is requested to enable me time to resource and order individual materials be super creative.

Terms and Conditions
The term ‘Claire Ogden Designs’ or 'I' and 'Me’ refers to the owner of the company. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of my blog or online shop.
All information provided by you will be kept confidential and not passed on to third parties or other companies.
Paypal is the secure payment provider, payment is made by proceeding to checkout and transferring to Paypal secure payment pages. Your details are kept secure and are only accessible by Paypal not Claire Ogden Designs.
A 20% Deposit is required for a Bespoke Service and a minimum of 6 weeks lead time.
Refunds will only be given if the goods are broken or damaged on arrival, not due to change of mind, accidental damage or lack of due care and attention. Covered for a period of 28 days only.
All goods will be dispatched first class recorded or special delivery and require a signature upon receipt of goods, proof of postage will always be retained.
